Cheesy Potatoes


1 (30 oz.) shredded hash browns

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 (16 oz.) sour cream

2 cups shredded cheddar jack cheese

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 cups cooked minute rice

1 stick butter

1 can cheddar cheese soup

1 small onion, chopped (optional)


Gently combine all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or in a crock pot on low for 4-5 hours.
